Order Process


Choose the desired product and then select your options like material, colour or size using the Product Configurator. Add your selection to your order by clicking the button „Add to your order“ at the bottom of the screen. You can then either continue shopping and add more items to your order or view your order before concluding the purchase. You can still change the details of your order such as quantity and options for the selected product(s).


On the screen „Your Order“ all associated costs such as shipping and VAT are listed as well as the total price. You will also find additional information regarding the product options, delivery, materials & finishes as well as the terms & conditions of sale. After entering your shipping and billing details into the online form and accepting the terms & conditions you can place your order by clicking the button „Complete Purchase“. Please note: At this point we deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom.



After sending your order information you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail at the address you specified. Within three business days you will receive another e-mail from Stattmann Neue Moebel confirming your order and including the invoice as an attachment (PDF). The invoice contains the details of your order as well as our bank details. 



As we produce the furniture to order we have to ask you for payment in advance. Once the payment has been received we will inform you about the expected delivery date.



Our delivery time is 30 days after receipt of payment. We ship the furniture with competent logistics services. When your package leaves our workshop we will send you a tracking code which allows you to check the exact time of delivery on the logistics partner’s website.
